Private Nature of AttuneAttune is designed as a private personal wardrobe space.Attune is not a social-media platform and does not provide a public wardrobe feed as part of its core service.Your wardrobe, uploaded photographs, saved looks and wardrobe information are not made publicly visible by default.You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for preventing unauthorised access to your account or device.9. You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Attune.
If you are using Attune on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to do so and that your use complies with these Terms and applicable law.
Attune is not intended for use by children below the age permitted under applicable law without parental or legal guardian consent.5. Beta Access
Attune may currently be offered in private beta, limited beta or early access mode.
During beta, some features may be incomplete, experimental, unavailable, changed, restricted or removed without prior notice. Beta access does not guarantee continued access, final product availability, pricing, feature availability or commercial launch.
We may suspend, limit or revoke beta access at our discretion.6. User Accounts
To use certain features, you may be required to create an account or authenticate through approved login methods.
You are responsible for:
* Providing accurate account information
* Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
* Preventing unauthorised access to your account
* Not sharing your account access with others
* Informing us if you suspect unauthorised access or misuse
We may suspend or restrict access if we identify misuse, suspicious activity, security risks or breach of these Terms.7. User Content
Attune may allow you to upload, create, store or manage content including mirror selfies, wardrobe images, outfit images, clothing details, notes, preferences, looks, tags and related information (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of your User Content.
By using Attune, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to process, store, display and use your User Content solely for operating Attune, providing app functionality, improving the product, maintaining security, resolving technical issues and complying with applicable law.
We do not claim ownership over your wardrobe images, selfies or personal wardrobe information.8. Privacy
Your use of Attune is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Attune is designed as a private personal wardrobe space. It is not a social platform and your wardrobe is not intended to be publicly visible through Attune.However, no digital platform can guarantee absolute security. We use commercially reasonable measures to protect user data, but users should avoid uploading content they are not comfortable storing digitally.9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
* Use Attune for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or misleading purposes
* Upload content that is illegal, abusive, exploitative, infringing, obscene, defamatory or otherwise harmful
* Upload content involving another person without appropriate permission
* Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
* Attempt to access another user’s account or data
* Reverse engineer, copy, scrape, modify or misuse the app or website
* Circumvent security controls or usage limits
* Introduce malware, bots, automated scripts or disruptive code
* Use Attune to train external AI systems, datasets or competing products without written permission
* Interfere with the normal operation of Attune
* Violate applicable law or third-party rights
Violation may result in suspension, termination or legal action.10. Personal Use
Attune is intended for personal wardrobe organisation and related use.
Unless separately agreed in writing, you may not commercially resell, sublicense, redistribute, white-label or use Attune as a service bureau, styling platform or commercial wardrobe management tool for third parties.11. Intellectual Property
All rights, title and interest in Attune remain the property of Attune Lifestyle Technologies LLP or its licensors.
This includes the app, website, software, design, interface, workflows, search logic, cataloguing systems, brand assets, logos, text, product concepts, code, documentation, models, algorithms and related intellectual property.
You receive only a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable right to use Attune in accordance with these Terms.
No rights are transferred except as expressly stated in these Terms.12. AI and Automated Features
Attune may use automated tools, computer vision, machine learning or AI-assisted features to help catalogue, classify, organise, search or recommend wardrobe-related information.
AI or automated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate or imperfect. You should review and use your own judgment before relying on any classification, suggestion, recommendation, label, tag, outfit idea or wardrobe insight.
Attune does not provide fashion, financial, medical, legal or professional advice.13. Wardrobe Suggestions and Purchase Decisions
Attune may help you understand what you own, what you repeat, what may be missing and what you may consider buying.
Any wardrobe suggestions, gap indicators, outfit ideas or discovery outputs are assistive only. Purchase decisions are entirely your responsibility.
Attune is not responsible for purchases, returns, sizing issues, product availability, quality, pricing, third-party retailer claims or decisions made based on app suggestions.14. Payments, Plans and Usage Limits
Attune may offer free trials, beta access, monthly plans, annual plans, usage limits, paid subscriptions, add-ons or other commercial models.
Specific pricing, plan limits, renewal terms, cancellation terms and refund terms may be shown inside the app, on the website, in the app store listing or at the point of purchase.
Where payments are processed through Apple App Store, Google Play Store or another third-party payment provider, the payment, billing, cancellation and refund process may also be governed by that provider’s terms.
We may modify pricing, plans, usage limits or features from time to time, subject to applicable law and platform rules.15. Third-Party Services
Attune may rely on third-party services for hosting, cloud storage, authentication, analytics, crash reporting, app distribution, payment processing or communication.
We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.16. Platform Availability
We will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Attune’s availability, stability and security.
However, access may be interrupted due to maintenance, updates, beta changes, internet failures, infrastructure issues, app store review delays, third-party outages, security events, force majeure or other reasons outside our control.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or permanent availability.17. Changes to Attune
We may update, improve, modify, suspend, restrict or discontinue features of Attune from time to time.
During beta or early access, features may change frequently. Some features shown in screenshots, demos or marketing material may not be available to all users at all times.18. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict or terminate your access to Attune if:
* You breach these Terms
* You misuse the app or website
* You create security, privacy or legal risk
* You violate applicable law
* Your account appears compromised
* Required payment is not completed, where applicable
* Continued access is no longer commercially or technically feasible
You may stop using Attune at any time.19. Data DeletionYou may request deletion of your account or personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Certain data may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, accounting or compliance purposes, subject to applicable law.20. Disclaimers
Attune is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, accuracy of AI outputs, or suitability for your specific wardrobe, styling or purchase needs.21. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Attune Lifestyle Technologies LLP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, app downtime, wardrobe decisions, purchase decisions, styling dissatisfaction, third-party failures or reliance on AI-generated outputs.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability shall be limited to the amount paid by you to Attune for the relevant service during the preceding twelve months, or INR 1,000, whichever is lower, unless applicable law requires otherwise.Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.22. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Attune Lifestyle Technologies LLP, its partners, employees, contractors, service providers and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, penalties, costs or expenses arising from:
* Your misuse of Attune
* Your breach of these Terms
* Your violation of applicable law
* Your infringement of third-party rights
* Content uploaded by you
* Unauthorised use of another person’s image, data or content
* Decisions or purchases made based on your use of AttuneThis obligation survives termination of these Terms.
23. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for delays, interruptions or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet failures, cyber incidents, power disruptions, strikes, governmental actions, regulatory restrictions, app store delays, infrastructure failures or third-party service outages.24. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Subject to applicable law, the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of Attune.25. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated versions may be published on the website, in the app or through other reasonable means.
